Delivery is all through Italy in 24 hours, except for Calabria, Sicilia, Sardegna and little isles where it could be necessary one more day.

If at the delivery nobody is at home, courier leaves a message stating:

RETAINER DEPOSIT
TWe offer you the chance to collect the parcel directly to the courier office nearest to you, in case you do not want home delivery. Of course the timing of delivery of the package to the courier office are the same as for normal delivery that is 24 hours through all Italy, except for Calabria, Sicilia, Sardegna and little isles where it could be necessary one more day. Once package has been shipped you will have 3 days to go and collect the parcel to the branch you have chosen in the order form in the opening hours indicated.

PARCEL ACCEPTANCE
At the time of delivery, we suggest you to follow those indications to avoid to get a damaged parcel.
Please verify the integrity of the outer packaging, that needs to be integral and with seal.
If everything is in order accept the delivery.
In case of package is not intact you can:
1. reject the parcel stating your reason;
2. accept parcel conditionally, stating on the courier document “I accept conditionally” together with a detailed description of visible damage of the parcel. In such case during following 48 hours please an advise to our Customer Care telling what happened together with purchase order or document number. Please remember advise to Customer Care is necessary to get reimbursement.
